The paisley is a stylized seed of life which evolved from the 16th to the 18th century from a squat pine cone-like shape to the lovely elongated curve we see it in today. The 60s turned paisley into a whimsical thing, but this lovely pair of .925 silver handcrafted earrings returns it to its former stature of elegance and desire.
